felt terrible. had a few misses throughout, including a miss (after i made the 1st one) at 90#. so i reset back to 65# and focused on form. i think i need to take full cleans out of my program for a while and focus on turnover speed. i also have a huge bruise on my breastbone. no bueno.

i was lifting 192.5# for the same number of reps 2 weeks ago, so i was a little bit surprised by how heavy these felt. not sure how heavy to go on these back squats. might bump it up to 170-75# next time. we'll see.

finished in 7min i think? KTE killed me and i was only doing 1-2 reps at a time throughout the "complex" (WOD).
then i did plank holds for my 2nd complex. 50s hold, 45s rest, 35s hold, 15s rest, 15s hold. i was aiming for 1:00 hold, 45s rest, 45s hold, 30s rest, 30s hold, 15s rest, 15s hold. but did not quite get it.
i gotta get in some sprints soon. i hate running. dread is building in my belly as i think about sprints. but, i just have to do them. and they are a much better prospect than today's WOD (ugh!).
